To Cite or Not to Cite – An Evening with Kevin Beggs

Kevin ‘Kiwi’ Beggs has agreed to join us to provide an insight into the citing and judicial process in the professional and domestic game. For those who don’t know Beggsy, he was an active referee with the ARLB for many years and is the current IRFU Rugby Competitions Manager. Beggsy will bring his usual good humour and a few jokes on the night, but I can tell you from many years of traveling with him, he’ll find his jokes funnier than you do!
