It is a privilege to be President of the ARLB for 2012-13.

We are part of a very well respected Association, which has a proud history of providing referees at the highest level of world Rugby, including World Cup, 6 Nations, European Cup, Pro 12, All Ireland League, and importantly covering all rugby in our own province of Leinster.

These are exciting times for our Association with greater numbers than ever officiating at all level throughout Leinster and Ireland. Indeed we now proudly officiate at more games than we have ever done in the past.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members the very best for season 2012-13, wherever you officiate, and hope that you will continue to enjoy your participation, as well as being a true ambassador for the ARLB.
