It is of the utmost importance that all red card reports are filled out correctly, clearly and that they are complete. This is in order to enable the correct disciplinary action to be taken against players without confusion. The above reports are IRFU reports and are the only reports that should be used as of 12.12.12. Please follow the following guidelines when filling a report out.

Pre Match Guidelines
On the Pitch;
When sending off a player please note the details that are required for the sending off form e.g. score at that time, time of incident, proximity etc. If sending off an underage player please include the coach in the sending off process.
Straight after the Game
Following the game the incident should not be discussed with anybody from either club or team. Ensure that the red card is noted within your referee card
That Evening.
As soon as possible you should contact a member of Discipline Committee and the incident should be discussed. You may have the report filled out at this stage and discuss what you are entering into the report.
