Conor Byrne elected as President of ARLB

Congratulations to Conor Byrne who has been elected as President of the Association of Referees Leinster Branch for the 2017/2018 season.

Bryan O’Neill was elected as Senior Vice President and Norman Carter elected as Junior Vice President.
