Ciaran O’Brien elected President of Leinster Rugby

Congratulations to Ciaran O’Brien (Railway Union RFC) who was elected President of Leinster Rugby at their AGM last night. This is a great honour for Ciaran, the Leinster Rugby Referees and his club Railway Union, where he is an honorary life member. Ciaran served two terms as Railway Union Club President in 2003/04 and 2004/05. Ciaran has been a member of the Leinster Rugby Referees for many years and assumed the  Presidency of the Leinster Branch Association of Referees in 2011/12. We wish him a productive season ahead.
